What Indian Youth want from their lives.

The strongest weapon that any country can ever own is not an atom or hydrogen bombs but it's the youth of the nation. India has the world's largest youth population with 242 Million young people living in the country today. If these 242 million youths get access to all the necessary resources and have the proper guidance then they will become the founders of the future. Youngsters have extremely high energy, great innovative ideas, and really big dreams and if their energy gets channelized in the right direction and their innovative minds get correct mentorship then nothing can stop India from becoming one of the great powers of the world.  But the question is what Indian youth wants and expects from their lives.

Financial Independence

Money cannot buy a family but an iPhone can be purchased with money, money cannot buy love but a smart bike can be bought with money, so basically, money is not everything but it is something that can satisfy the needs and desires of a person. And youngsters have a lot of desires and dreams for their lives, not all of them but few of them can be fulfilled with money. On the one hand, youth want freedom to make decisions for their lives and on the other hand, they also want financial freedom. Young minds are always excited to explore new things, to visit new places, and to get new experiences. But sometimes less money hinders doing all these things. So young people want to become financially independent so they can live life on their own terms and conditions. Internships, freelancing, digital marketing, open stage competitions, etc are helping youths and college students in their journey of achieving financial independence.

“While money doesn’t buy love, it puts you in a great bargaining position.”

Opportunities.

Today India has the world's largest youth population with 242 Million young people living in the country. Just imagine how powerful our nation can be if these young people get the right opportunities to show their abilities. Youngsters have great talent all they need is a stage to showcase it and they have great ideas all they want is support to implement these ideas.

They want the opportunity to get educated, so they can become future educators, doctors, scientists, pilots, engineers. They want opportunities to get access to world-class medical facilities so that they can make India fit. They want the opportunity to follow sports as a career so they can bring more Olympic medals to India. They want the opportunity to communicate their opinions so that they represent India at the international level. So ultimately Indian youth has great potential all they want is wings of opportunities so that they can fly high with their dreams.

Mentors.

Youngsters have a lot of energy and courage, but at the same time, they have very little experience with real aspects of life. If young people want to achieve success in their lives they must need great mentors in their respective fields. For instance, a college student wants to begin a startup and has a desire to help people with his/her unique business model but he/she has no idea that where to start, In such cases they look for a mentor who has already initiated his/her start-up successfully. And this happens in every field. Whether youths want to crack any competitive exam, take up an internship, start a new business, participate in any competition, implement a new idea they always need a mentor to guide them.

Experience and knowledge of mentors can lead the way of the inexperience and energize the minds of youngsters towards their goals.

"A great mentor has the power to push youngsters beyond their limits."

Appreciation And Encouragement.

The family expects their children to be financially independent. Teachers expect their students to be founders of the future. Society expects the youths to be problem solvers. And the world is expecting young people to be innovative, creative, productive, and imaginative. So ultimately there is a burden of a lot of expectations on the young shoulders of our nation. And a lot of times this burden suppresses the creativity and specialty of youngsters. In such situations, it becomes our responsibility, that we appreciate youngsters for their efforts, we acknowledge and reward their achievements and we encourage them to stick to their unique personality. So it's time to motivate our young hustlers to keep hustling for their dreams and desires.

"Consistency is harder when no one is clapping for you"
