Youths around the world are facing a lot of challenges every day, the challenge of fulfilling the expectations of society and family, the challenge of evolving as an independent individual, and most importantly challenge of living a healthy life with their work and education. Yoga as part of education

In the 21st century, education has evolved from classrooms and expanded its boundaries beyond the books. So far Music, dance, drama, debate, sports, art and craft, etc has become a part of education. Similarly, we have to involve yoga and exercise in the curriculum of school and college. Half an hour class of Yoga and exercise in school and colleges can exponentially improve the health status of youths. Teaching the human body structure in biology class and tutoring the chemical reaction inside the human body in chemistry class alone is not going to help youths to adopt a healthy lifestyle. We have to educate the youths about the importance of a sound body and mind.

Students and youngsters are dealing with a lot of stresses in their daily life, the stress of scoring well in exams, getting admission to a good college, getting a job, earning money, and lot more in such cases busting stress and managing them with meditation and yoga becomes very necessary. It has been scientifically proved that continuous meditation and regular yoga help people in releasing the pressure and overcoming the anxiety.

Eagle Pose (Garudasana), Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana), Child’s Pose (Balasana), Thunderbolt Pose (Vajrasana) Variation, are few yoga asanas that help students to release stress.

Concentration is very important in everybody's life and when it comes to young people it becomes very crucial that they concentrate on the right things. A lot of students are preparing for competitive exams, a lot of youths are struggling to find a job and many are trying to establish themselves as entrepreneurs hence it is very necessary that they save themselves from distraction and keep the focus on their ultimate goal.

Nowadays students study online and employees are adopting work from home culture and therefore they are all bound to spend a lot of time in front of screens and electronic devices. So in these cases, yoga is helping a lot of youngsters to stay relax and calm.
