Environment conservation

Save Earth

As Mahatma Gandhi said that "there is enough for everybody's need, but not for anybody's greed." This quote accurately depicts the relation between earth and humans. The environment has provided us with enough resources so that we humans can live comfortably but instead of protecting these natural resources, we are continuously exploiting them. From Oxygen, water, food to soil, and minerals for all the basic needs we humans are entirely dependent on nature but rather of being grateful for these resources, we are damaging them which is causing the dreadful changes in the earth's atmosphere.  From greenhouse gases to global warming, from climate change to the pollution we humans are responsible for these disastrous outcomes. As individuals, we may never have harmed our nature mother but as a part of the human community, be all are responsible for these terrible impacts. Before we talk further over this issue we need to understand the fact that more than the duty, environment conservation is the necessity. For the existence of human species on the only living planet on the universe, it's very essential to protect the earth from the exploitation of humans. If the natural resources are not saved from danger today then tomorrow the existence of whole humankind will be threatened.

Now let's have a look at the consequences of climate change, global warming, and pollution. According to the World Health Organization estimation, 4.6 million people die each year from causes directly attributable to air pollution. Also according to World Bank estimation Climate change could force more than 100 million people into extreme poverty by 2030. This is a dreadful but still, a reality that needs to be changed. But the question is that who is responsible for these things? So Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change uncovers the reality and clarifies the fact that there's a more than 95 percent probability that human activities over the past 50 years have warmed our planet.

Hence it's time to correct our mistakes and heal all the wounds of Earth. We necessary don't need to clean the garbage of beaches but we must need to stop people from throwing garbage on the beaches. We really don't need to stop riding cars but we just need to start riding bicycles as well. We certainly not need to stop constructions but we just need to plant more trees. And that's how we can win this battle and make the earth a beautiful and better place to live.
