Overcome fear of failure

The fact of life is that 'only one fails who tries'. So if you are facing failure or had been faced failure in the past then you must need to satisfied with the fact that you tried at least. Life throws opportunities towards us at every phase, sometimes we catch the right opportunity and get succeed in it. But some time circumstances don't work in our favor and we fail. So basically success and failure are parts of life that we cannot escape from. But despite knowing these facts it's been always difficult to overcome the fear of failure. So I have two real stories to tell you. These stories revolve around the life of Jack ma and J.K. rowling,

let me start with Jack Ma, a name itself an introduction. Jack Ma is the founder of Alibaba and the richest man in China. But before getting familiar with the height of success that Jack ma has achieved in his life take a look in his back story. Jack Ma Failed in his Primary School examinations twice, he failed thrice during his Middle School exams. When applying to universities after his High school, Jack failed the entrance exams thrice, he even applied for Harvard University and get rejected ten times. Jack ma got a rejection from all the 30 jobs he applied on. And when KFC came to China 24 people applied for a job, 23 people were accepted he was the only one who wasn't. Something same happened when he applied for the job of a cop. This time four of five applicants were hired, all except Jack Ma. Jack Ma shared one more such experience in one of his interviews and said "My cousin and I waited for two hours long queue to be the waiter for the four-star hotel in my city, on a very hot day," he says. "My cousin's score was much lower than mine, he was accepted and I was rejected!"
The pinnacle of success that Jack Ma has achieved in his life is much bigger than the rejections he faced in the past. Alibaba had nearly 102 thousand full-time employees by the end of March 2019 with a net worth of $38.2 billion.
Jack Ma defines failure in his own way.
"If you don't give up, You still have a chance to win. Giving up is a great failure."

Joanne Rowling better known by her pen name J. K. Rowling, best known for writing the famous Harry Potter fantasy series, best- selling book series in history. But before we measure the apex of her success let me take you to explore her back story. While delivering a speech at Harvard University Rowling said,  "By every usual standard, I was the biggest failure I knew". She lost her mother when she was 25. She faced miscarriage, divorce, depression, and poverty. After Rowling finished her manuscript for Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, she began to submit her novel to publishing houses. The book was submitted to twelve publishing houses and they all rejected the script. Then Rowling submitted her novel for the 13th time to Bloomsbury. This time her novel was accepted, published, and break all the records. J.K. Rowling is the world's first billionaire author by Forbes.
J.K. Rowling defines failure in her way...
"It is impossible to live without failing at something unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all – in which case, you fail by default."

The conclusion is that failures can never destroy and discourage you until you are determined to get successful.
